The balloons were photomanipulated into the picture. Why did I not put it under photomanipulations? Well, for those of you that know me, this is certainly not a regular photomanipulation by me. The photograph was one done by me.

After listening to all of your opinions, i tried to fix it up the best I could.
Updated focus
Added new balloons
changed blur
minor changes in saturation
minor changes in contrast

Very surreal, reminiscent of magritte. Its a nice peaceful pic. Nice job. Good job on making the ones further away fuzzier, it gives it a good realism to it.
