..........holy...that's untouched? Talk about TIMING! O.o At first I thought it was a tiny fire sprite escaping from the confines of the flame... ^__^ Well...maybe it still could be, but I originally thought it had been digitally orchestrated to be so! *is amazed*

Isn't it wonderful when things like this turn out? So much can be interpreted from this image; I've always had a love of flame and fires in general, the flame here is so bright and almost otherworldly, it makes me forget it's from a lighter almost instantly. The hand in the foreground lends a wonderful organic shape that almost makes it seem like the light is being generated from flesh. Extremely cool, and I'm glad this was kept in black and white; it makes the shapes and light that much more open to interpretation, I think.
